- Term payments are required. Accounts will be issued each term and posted to you prior to the commencement of the term
- Any student who enrols during the term will receive their invoice within one week of enrolment.
- An annual non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 or $30.00 for a family must be paid prior to the first lesson to cover administration and mailing costs, and intellectual property fees for music.
- An annual non-refundable rehearsal fee of $25.00 for troupe members must be paid for at enrolment to cover extra rehearsals held during the year.
- Fees are to be paid for in advanced and are non-refundable. Credits and refunds will not be issued due to illnesses or holidays, OR if you choose not to return during the term for any reason. Fees can not to be transferred to another student or family member. Fees may be credited to another term within the current year of enrolment in the case of a serious illness of more than 3 weeks (medical certificate must be presented as proof). All accounts must be finalised within 21 days of billing.
- Those who pay by the first week of term are entitled to 5% off their full term payment.
- If a tuition payment is more than 3 days late, a 5% Penalty will be incurred. If the payment has not been received by the 5th week of term, the student will not be admitted into classes. Anyone with outstanding balances will NOT be permitted to perform at the end of year concert
- Parents who are unable to meet the payment dead lines must speak to Miss Belinda and/or Miss Priscilla to arrange a suitable payment plan.
- Overhead costs continue regardless of how many students attend classes, therefore there can be no refunds
for classes not attended.
- Private lessons cancellations must be made within 24 hrs of the lesson otherwise you will be charged for the class. Students with outstanding amounts on their account will not be entitled to private lessons.
- Enrolment fee and concert rehearsal fee are non-refundable.
Please be reminded that only with the fulfilment of financial commitments by everyone can All Starz continue to provide first class tuition for all students.
