Term 2 is upon us, and the excitement continues at All Starz. We finished Term 1 on such a high note; walking through the classes, it was clear the hard work and dedication our dancers had put into their classes was paying off. Each student showed they had made progress within their training, and as a team, it was exhilarating to see the prospect of what was to come. Many Routines have started and are in fantastic shape for our year's first competition. It's time for us to really knuckle down and get into our creative season as we prepare in the lead-up. As always, we must have full attendance at our classes to ensure our teachers/choreographers can give our students the best routines possible. 

Starlight Week

Monday 20th May - Saturday 25th May

The Starlight Foundation helps brighten the lives of seriously ill and hospitalised children, young people and their families by replacing the pain, fear and loneliness of hospitalisation with fun, joy and laughter. That is why, during Starlight Week, we are asking our All Starz community to come together to help raise funds to support the work of the Starlight Foundation and assist them in making the lives of children bright again. Starlight Week will be from Monday, 20th May - Saturday, 25th May; we are calling on you to wear your brightest Purple and Yellow and bring a gold coin donation toward the cause. You will also receive a star to decorate our studio windows to raise awareness in the Peakhusrt community. 


Ultimate Dance Spectacular


Sunday, June 2nd

We are very excited to be attending the Ultimate Dance Spectacular at West HQ Rooty Hill, and making our 2024 debut for many of our routines. Competitions bring an exciting atmosphere as a mixture of nervousness and team spirit take hold and our dancers take to the stage together for the first time. It’s so rewarding to see the sparkle in their eyes as they feel proud of doing what they love! A detailed list will be available in the coming weeks of routines, costume requirements, specific times, and ticketing. For now, we can confirm the following rough time guides (subject to change)

6/u & 8/u: 7:30 am - 10:00 am 

10/u & 12/u: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm 

14/u & Open Age: 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm 


We will be on the lookout for some keen parent helpers to volunteer backstage to assist with costume changing and ensure all our students are well looked after and ready for the stage. Please have a think if this is something you might be able to help our community with. We will reach out closer to the event to organise this.

Light The Way

We are honoured to have been invited to participate in Light The Way, a collective effort by Louise Telford and Kelley Abbey. This event is more than just a convention or showcase, this event is about bringing the industry together and inspiring and educating the next generation of Australian dancers. Our students who were accepted into the X10 extension program will be showcasing a routine at the gala, we are very excited for them to have this opportunity. 

Costumes & Uniforms

We have costumes coming in from every corner of the globe and will announce details and costs of the specific age group Facebook pages as they are ready to be collected. We are expecting the shipment of Troupe Tracksuits to come through any week now, so we will keep you posted and let you know when these will be ready to collect.



We want to remind you that Ballet attire for Monday Exam classes is the Navy Leotard and Ballet tights (or Black Leotard for majors) and hair should be kept in a bun. Biketards are still accepted for compulsory classes on Tuesday - Saturday but shorts, t-shirts and other uniform options are not accepted. Our Ballet department met during the holidays and will be enforcing this within the classroom.

Auto Pay and Term Fees

As outlined in our 2024 troupe information pack and policies, Term 2 fees will be due on the 3rd of May. It is All Starz policy to be enrolled in the auto-pay system. Payments will still be accepted at reception by cash or card; if your account balance is $0.00 by the due date, Auto Pay will not deduct any funds from your nominated card. If you have not updated your card details, please log into the parent portal and update your payment method.

Facebook Group

If you haven't already, please join the relevant Facebook group for your age group. Here, we post lots of on the go updates and important information you will need throughout the year.
